If you ARE planning to attend this years Palm Tree Classic (February 13-15, 2010), I am anticipating that some of the sessions will fill up fast. Please fill out this form and EMAIL it back to me ( tklemp@netzero.net ) by November 1st to ensure your spot (no deposit is actually required, just this form). You can also email me your roster instead of this form if that is easier. The final entry form and payment are due December 1st.

Last year’s meet was closed in early November and I anticipate the same next year. If you are interested in attending, I recommend you email me your team roster or the Early EMAIL Entry Form as soon as possible.
